They’re really good people. I always felt safe and supported there, especially when Amber is working, you never have to wait to get your meds, she always seems calm and in control of her unit, and very nice to talk to.

My experience with this behavioral health center was extremely disappointing. I felt that staff were more focused on controlling and dismissing patients and extending stays rather than genuinely addressing their mental health needs. In my experience, medication was often emphasized over meaningful therapeutic support. Even the slightest human response or hiccup that didn’t meet there “standards” ended up with a diagnosis or a “feeling to need to suppress and stabilize” emotions by overmedicating. I was here for almost two weeks and let me tell you they were all fantastic! If I had a bad day they would talk to me. If I’m being honest they are better than first hospital! The dietitian was fantastic she worked great with me and understood my specific needs. I would like to thank all the staff that were on the unit I was on and the Pa and doctor that took care of me!
