I was going through a crisis I went to another state to visit someone for a short period of time they refuse to help me or hook me up with a therapist to talk to as I had no one to talk to because I wasn't in Massachusetts would not recommend I will never go with them again the woman over the phone operator was very rude we'll seek to another professional company kind of sad because I have been seeing them since I was 6 years old when my dad passed away

Lost my last provider due to retiring. Looked around, these people said they had availabile psychiatrists. I'm only interested in a new psychiatrist. Made sure it was a psychiatrist and not psychologist availability. They said, yes, we're taking new clients, it's approximately a 2 week waiting list after you intake for a psychiatrist. I was happy to hear they had availability. After 3 weeks, I was Informed I'm on a waiting list that has no clear date.
