Finding it very hard to get a hold of the doctors. They never call back. It seems like they don't get the messages that I need to speak with them, making refills difficult.
Had nothing but issues with BHN since starting to see them, waited over 2 weeks for an appointment with my therapist for her to no show.. asked for immediate help and the only thing I was offered was an appointment with a psychiatrist 3 weeks out. They do not care about their patients mental health or well-being, don’t waste your time being seen here.
Therapy should be available to whoever needs it. I have had my fair share of problems with BHN but overall the experience has been fine. I'd say if you get Molly Kong as a med provider probably ask to swap because she dropped me for missing an appointment due to my indoor cat getting out of the house. After waiting for another provider she took me back again but then cancelled on the day of the first appointment and dropped me as her patient with someone in the office sitting my previously missed appointment as the reason. I have nothing but good things to say about the staff here! I have seen many therapists in the past due to my depression, etc but, the therapist I have there actually takes the time to listen and gives me great advice and other ways of coping.
