This place is the best!! Felt so comfortable, clean, knowledgeable staff. Was so comfortable, and was fed afterwards- the best tasting foods good for the gut and to think they were fermented to top that! Highly recommended!
I have to say I didn't realize there was a place around here where you could really learn so much about your body. I had such a great experience. It was relaxing, she fed me organic amazing foods that she makes herself. I could have stayed for a couple days. If you want to improve your skin and digestion I couldn't recommend a better place. The women before me drove 3 hours and it was her 5 th time! Arlene is so passionate about helping people be healthy. I can't wait to go back. Waiting for the cooking class. Haha ;)
It is a great place to cleanse both the body and the soul. My mother started colon hydro therapy to help me get better, and it really work. Her facility is the best in cleansing the colon, ear candling, massages, and sauna treatments. The answer isn't always a pill or an injection, but to clean the body from within.
I have not been there but I will go in the next 2 weeks it appears to be the place we all need to visit . Good luck.
