Did a commercial closing for me and missed a official declaration of covenants and restrictions that applied to the property. Funny thing is they were the firm that actually created the document a year prior. I met with them and was told to blow off, not their fault ?? Really?? I paid you to do the closing. They did however disclose all of the other easements/covenants to the property, just not the one they created. This has/will cost me thousands in the future and hurts the value of my parcel Be very careful with this firm
