First time using Beewise and needed a new coupling for my extractor Ordered 3 and Jack ensured I was back up and extracting within 60 hours. Not bad as he is in Perth and I am in Brisbane. Thanks heaps mate.

Jack was extremely helpful in assisting me with information on setting up my new hive . We ran into a bit of bad luck with the first nuc with bees overheating during transportation. When I explained the situation Jack had no hesitation on providing a new nuc. I have heard stories of other suppliers not being so generous. Thank you Jack and Beewise !! I will definitely be recommending you to anyone interested in starting up a new hive
