Disappointed They were very helpful when making a purchase, but after putting down a large cash deposit I have not received a call from anyone about my order. It has been almost 12 weeks and no call yet. I'm worried that I'm going to be taking them to court.
happy customer Not only does this place have an enormous selection, but the staff are so friendly and helpful that shopping here is a pleasure. They leave you alone to shop, but are right there to answer any question or help with fabric/color selection. Prices are great, too. Highly recommend!
locally known as the place to go Beesmer's furniture is a home town secret - locals know this is the place to go, and is much better than chains if you want really good wood furniture. The showroom is huge, and the staff couldn't be friendly. It's a little bit of a hike all the way up in Kingston, but the quality and the prices are worth it. (Not much more than chain stores, but MUCH better quality).
Had a great experience very helpful with my purchase and selecting the material. Highly recommended.
Terrible customer service. Spoke to owner about a defective couch we purchased. Arm piece fell off after two months. His response was "its like buying a car, once you leave with it we can't take it back". Furniture is expensive for cheap garbage.
