Myself and 16 week pregnant wife just returned from a three night stay in Bees Bower and we have had the most relaxing time! The place is fantastic, super clean and worth every penny. What separates this place from other similar holiday locations is how secluded you are. You’re a good distance from any of the other small properties and they have been strategically placed amongst the existing landscape for privacy which made our stay perfect. A beautiful place, tended and hosted with love, energy and vision by Matt and Rachel (and their girls!) . Had a 2 night solitary stay in Bees Bower which felt both indulgent and like plugging into nature. I’d recommend a mix of helping out with any jobs around the place (I did a few meditative hours of restoration, reclaiming trees from brambles - ask Matt if there’s anything you can do) contemplative spacious time and cosy social time. My friend and I had a girly weekend in Mimi's yurt. We were ready for sometime away from our busy lives at home and Goytree Farm did not disappoint. We arrived with Matt (owner/host) giving us an enthusiastic detailed run down on yurt life as well as the facilities to keep phones charged etc if needed. There are no electric points in the yurt as it is run off solar panels.
