Been to lots of bike shops in Asheville over the years and have never been treated as well as I was the other day when I walked in for the first time. Frank took the time to explain the issues on my bike, never tried to upsell me on service stuff, and didnt try to sell me a $5k+ bike. Actually gave me some tips on upgrading components on my bike instead of trying to sell me a new one. Walked in and service was done in 24 hours. No other shop has ever done that for me around here. Horrible all the guy was worried about was getting money wouldn't even try to answer a simple question about the bike without it being check in to get a full repair. Def not somewhere I would even trust my bike to be repaired at.
Owner and manager are very personable. Enjoyed our visit today!
Needed tubes, they worked me in and text me 1.5 hrs later that my bike was ready for pickup.
Excellent FAST service. Frank was great. I've now found my bike shop in Asheville!!
