The female owner doesn't know how to test a rod for sensitivity...GO SOMEQHERE ELSE! THEY ARE A RIP OFF!

This is my local “go-to” fishing store. I fish in the surf and this store seems to always have what I need. They are a family owned store and everyone’s been helpful. The pricing is not as cheap as online; but I’d much rather support this store considering they always have what I need in stock and local. (The pricing isn’t crazy here either) this is the best fishing store in the local area by a long shot. Ordered a rod for pickup. Called later to make sure my rod is ready and was told I was good to pick up. Went the next day, drove about an hour to get there to find out that my rod is out of stock and my order canceled.
Thank you for the fresh and lucky squid from the islands! With it, we caught three halibut in Avila today! 🦑💙
