I had Fran, who for months do not answer her for or respond to emails and when the departure date came she used her credit card to rush her way towards a commission while maxing out MINE. Definitely will be booking future flights through a less geriatric and incompetent business.
I have known Jill & Fran for over 25 years. They have provided excellent service for me & my family of 8. My two daughters, their husband & my brothers & sisters did a vacation to Isla Muereles, MX. Everything was in order & I can say we all had a great time. We stay at TRS Coral & Fran got them to give us our swimout pools at a reduced rate
