Just a shout out 😁 to Tara who is caring, understanding 💞 and goes above and beyond when it comes to my needs in getting better 😁 Her Pilates classes are such a asset to this establishment and she focuses on certain muscles to strengthen the inner core. She is an absolute delight ☺️ and I would recommend anyone to see Tara as she goes to the next step in helping you get better and fitter ☺️
