Received 2 12 ounce bottles of honey grapefruit goat milk hand and body wash as a gift. Neither pump worked, despite turning it over and over and over as instructed. Beekman insists I contact the gift giver to tell her that neither pump worked and to get proof of purchase. I hate to tell the giver their gift arrived not working, but Beekman insisted. Throwing a new, working pump in the mail should not be so difficult.
I love beekman products.My friend and I drove over an hour to have our annual girl's day. Hardly any product's in the store. Gift sets were minimal When we asked for items we were told they were on line. So much for supporting small business Saturday
I was very disappointed when I visited.
Located on main street in Sharon Springs, NY. World famous for its skin care products. This was a stop on our way back from a wedding. When we arrived the store was getting ready to take customers on a tour of the working farm sign up is required. Store is very nicely played out, each display has a tester for you to try.
