Thisw was my second time doing the course after a break for a few years a refresher was exactly what I needed know I am in a better place to implement and understand the importance of a mediation practice. I love how Will explains every thing to you he has so much knowledge! Also mediating as a group is powerful. This is the best course if you want a simple way to reduce stress and feel good!
No refunds, period. The website explicitly said the courses were held in Hoxton, great for me living in East London. My wife paid just shy of 500 quid for an in person 3 day course for my birthday. The course was 7 weeks away. 4 weeks later I get an email saying the times have changed for the Friday, ok, not ideal but no biggie, and I get a confirmation email of the changed time but I notice the location is South West London, not Hoxton. This doesn't work for me not least because the time was changed to the end of the day an... read more
