They give a great sales pitch but never follow through. We were told each house had a cook… they didn’t. My grandmother is diabetic, and her meals did not reflect that. A grilled cheese and goldfish is NOT dinner. When it came to the rooms being cleaned, my mother or I would end up cleaning the room because they didn’t have time.
