My mother-in-law has lived in a Beehive on Montano Rd NW in Albuquerque for years! She absolutely loves it. Unfortunately, this service model has no onsite administrator or nurse. The air conditioning has been out in her room for more than two weeks which I view as completely unacceptable in July. Because of the lack of management onsite, we get very little communication. My brother has resided at BeeHive..The Village.House E for several years. He is fortunate to have selected this setting. The staff are competent, attentive and caring. During my years of visiting him, I have come to especially appreciate a management team of Heidi Spolar and Crystal Bogue. They are available, alert, knowledgeable , kind...and most appreciated ....interested in the safety, comfort and day to day needs of residents. A grateful sister.

This is not a descent place!!! They would not allow me to unpair my Google account from the tv that was in my deceased friends room, after she passed . Shady!!! So if anything goes wrong on my cards or account I'm going straight there! They were very rude about it too. I just lost my friend and they were horrible!! I would not recommend this place to anyone!!

Some of the reviews are dated. My wife was in Memory Care for a month at a Beehive in Albuquerque. She moved out based on the food (no cook on weekends), maintenance (unattached shower drain cover stuck in her foot), boredom ( sit in front of tv in living room), and mostly authoritarian management. When she moved out, she inadvertently left a $400 wireless headphone in her room. Instead of calling us or mailing the headphones to us, the administrator held the headphones as hostage to get our agent to come speak to her.

Very caring people! I would like to give thanks to the Activities Director, Fabiana Brooks. She is very engaging and brings out the best in people. Her bubbly personality is very unique and makes everyone smile!
