Went to Lake Geneva on vacation, and while we were walking through downtown we headed down and found one the greatest beef jerky stores ever! THE BEEF JERKY EXPERIENCE! UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT AND NEW OWNERS!!!! VERY EXCITED!!!! THE BEEF JERKY EXPERIENCE have so many different samples to try & choose from so many very tasty selections. Store was already closed and my brother and I walked in because of a shredded jerky tin that was a memory from when we were kids and they actually had it ! They were closed and they opened up just so we could purchase them ... I appreciated it so much ! By the way it was delicious we will be coming back !
We gave most of this overpriced garbage to our dog
The beef jerky here is amazing. Especially their crawfish flavor. They have a ton to choose from and a nicely laid out store. I would’ve appreciated more attentive employees possibly offering samples like the gigantic signs outside say. We were offered none and spent over 30 minutes in the store. Overall a good experience, would definitely come back.
Walked in and wasn’t greeted, which is not a big deal, but when I asked for samples, the lady behind the counter just seemed rude and seemed like she didn’t want to be there. I tried to ask questions about the different types of jerky but got vague and rude answers back. I wanted to buy more and test a few more but the customer service just made me want to leave as quick as possible.
