Very bad experience, no help regarding care that was not as I had been advised. I was awakened at 6:30 a.m, on Sunday to have a shower my a male, I refused and was penalized by having my nine o'clock PSW cancelled. Beautiful place, would have stayed longer but needs better management.
Thank you so much Krystie and team! It has been just over a year since mom moved into Beechwood and it has all gone perfectly, far exceeding our expectations. She likes her room very much, the staff are very friendly and mom is always telling us “the food here is very good you know”! WOW. We are one month in and we feel like we have found a safe, accommodating, welcoming home for my dad. His dementia impacts his memory and communications while he remains physically active, mobile and eager to be involved and social. Beechwood Manor has been amazing to welcome him to their home.
