Terrible customer service.
Very bad experience with this branch. Had an appointment with "financial advisor". Didn't end very well. Customer service is really bad. No follow-up at all, if you try to call or email they will contact you after several days. Even though you show up in the bank to follow up, they won't respond, will tell you they will contact you. I have to go to another branch to fix my problem. What a waste of time. Never recommend this branch. Hope it's helps someone.
While a clerk was helping me she recognized another customer who was standing behind me. She knew him by name. Instead of finishing what I required, she asked an other clerk to open his computer to finish my requests and started to help the other customer she knew. She needs to learn the basics of customer service. I will certainly transfer my accounts to another bank.
