Me and my mother go once a year and it’s always an amazing experience. We come out feeling so relaxed. The staff are amazing and so helpful and polite. Classic Spa package is the best ever. Lovely food and so clean.
Was very disappointed with my spa day, first of all there was a class in the swimming pool so couldn't go for a swim,then as soon as the class finished it was family swim time where children were dive bombing over people in the pool ,there was no staff to keep control, so not exactly a relaxing spa day ,the foot spa wasn't working which we weren't told about before arrival,the lunch was lovely and couldn't be faulted ,but for the money I paid I was very disappointed, much better value elsewhere

Beautiful day for my birthday. I had solo spa day for some R&R and it was wonderful. Complements to the Brasserie staff and chef, it was absolutely delicious. Rachel who did my treatment was absolutely brilliant and has a special touch that isn't always there with all beauty therapists. Brilliant value for money.
Such a lovely escape! The whole place feels calm and luxurious from the moment you walk in. I had a facial and a massage, and both were absolutely amazing — super relaxing and professionally done. The staff were friendly, attentive, and really made me feel taken care of. The facilities are spotless and beautifully maintained. I left feeling completely refreshed. Can’t wait to go back for another treat-yourself day!
