My Aunt (95) is resident at Beechcroft since July 2024. She was transferred after a fall at her home by County Hospital.Stafford. The difference since she had been at Beechcroft is commendable only to the staff. She has gone from a very depressed difficult lady since the death of her husband two years previously. Now she is happy & enjoys her life at the home especially the food she tells me. It is always clean My Aunt is kept nice & clean & well presented. My mother was at Beechcroft for three years. I couldn't fault the care she received. Diane and her staff showed genuine care, nothing was too much trouble.

Stay well clear very unprofessional very rude...didn't turn up to an appointment that was arranged...management is absolute y appalling....DO NOT USE...
Took my mother here for a week's restbite staff very friendly and very helpful home nice and warm and very clean
