My Dearest Grandfather Alan entered the home in June 2023 when his dementia deteriorated and it was no longer safe for care within the family home. My darling father, George was in Beechcroft for his last months where he eventually, peacefully died on November 2nd. The love, care and devotion to his every need right up to the end and even after, was exemplary. The Manager, Joan runs a very efficient home with staff who are the kindest, most patient and caring I've ever seen. Beechcroft is full of lovely, well trained staff,who does what they can to provide great care to all residents, they become a one big family, supporting each other for the best interest of Residents and their families, all this under the wonderful management of Joan and Anna.All Residents love the food there,the cook is amazing lady, cooking with love.Strong "like s family"Bond between Residents and staff is very visible .This company keeps improving constantly, employed wonderful care director and training manager.All this ... read more
