Keep away from Beech Holdings. They sold an off plan called co living and then disappeared with the reservation fees. Their planning was rejected September 2023 and they didnt even bother to inform their investors. They have kept the down payments of 20% as if they are my bank and Sarah Bourne had the audacity to tell me that I should wait for them to reaaply their planning, sell tbese units so I could potentially get my money back. Ridiculous.

A highly professional team is working at Beech Holding. Very responsive and committed to customer service. This developer is going places and it wouldn’t surprise me if they’re not one of the biggest in Manchester within a few years. Very much appreciated Tom, Sarah & Jo’s support helping me buy my apartment at Ancoats Gardens.
