This is the most terriblest place ever! mice running around everywhere all in residents rooms and also in the residents beds! I couldn’t even work in peace because mice would run up on me while I was working with the residents and mice would also chase us in the hallways! I wouldn’t recommend working here or I wouldn’t recommend being a resident here! This is the most nastiest place I’ve ever worked at! If I could give no stars I would. A gentleman who is essentially my grandfather has been transferred here by the VA hospital and is here for rehab from losing a finger. I come home from running errands (he is my neighbor) and there he is. On his front porch. Guess what he's been doing? Yup driving. GUESS WHAT IN HIS ARM STILL?! His IV! Yeah. They let him leave with an IV in his arm. I have already called the hotline after calling them well over 10 times let it ring 6-10 times and no response. My mom was in the memory care unit of this facility. I would never send a loved one here. It was a big mistake. She fell many times, one with a trip to hospital for stitches. If the employees actually worked maybe the patients would get the care they deserve. One nurse sits in her little desk area and scrolls on her phone all day, everyday.
