Melissa is outstanding! I have taken a handful of her yoga classes and I have nothing but the highest praise for her and her craft! Yoga sessions can be tailored to your exact needs or you can take a more generalized class as well. All her yoga classes are small and intimate giving you the ability to focus on exactly what YOU and your body need. She provides a variety of styles and always brings fun and fun music! Highly recommend Melissa to everyone!

Coming into a quiet, usually nearly empty salon to see Melissa is an ideal way to unwind after a stressful work day.
