During a time of great stress (family member in the hospital) Jennifer assisted us in preparing a gift basket for a loved one. Given we were so far away, she took her time to hand select each and every item. I live out of state and wanted to send a loved one who is in St. Mary’s something to let them know I am thinking about them and hopefully cheer them up! Jennifer in the gift shop was amazing! I wanted something other than flowers and she suggested the cutest stuffed dog. She even sent me a photo so I could choose the one myself. In addition, she suggested adding balloons!
