Very friendly and knowledgeable staff!
The level of service has deteriorated significantly. Appointments are required even for basic pickups, yet staff are unprepared upon arrival and sitting in the waiting area on their phones. Communication from Donna is inconsistent, with commitments made and then not followed through. Pricing for identical services changes from visit to visit with no clear explanation, which is unacceptable. The organization appears to have grown too large to maintain accountability or consistent service quality.
I came in for a Custom Facial with Sage, and it was the most relaxing & refreshing time- I felt like I was floating once i was done. My skin looked fresh and lifted! Recommended!! I can't wait until my next appointment.
