I understand sometimes things happen. I also think if you are 1 hour and 45 minutes late you should be walking in the door apologizing not saying to an 83 year old woman she has 10 minutes to get in the wheel chair because you have another transfer to get to. This 83 year old was my mother who is in hospital because of fall that has messed up her back. We were transferring her to skilled nursing for physical therapy. My van over heated in Okarche at 8pm at night and they were there were by 9:15 to pick me up. I am a quadriplegic in a power chair so it is almost impossible for me to get an after hours service. I called them one time and they immediately were able to offer a driver to come assist me at a 40% discount to the highest competitor. Cannot recommend this company enough.
