Long wait and slow loading time
This place sucks bad. Got there checked in and was told my load wouldn't be ready until 5pm and that they will call me when its ready and to go to the truck stop down the road that charge 20 dollars to park at. I never received a call from nobody and tried calling but got nobody, avoid this place

This is the filthiest, most disgusting place on earth. These people have zero respect for drivers. They think drivers are fools who have nothing better to do than wait around all day for their nonsense. After wasting 2 hours of our time, they casually say they’ll “call when a door is available.” Absolute garbage place. Never come here. Total trash.
