Practice manager is extremely rude and unprofessional. Isn't a PA, NP, or any medical background, not sure why she works there, even staff can't stand her. Get rid of her - In response to her response - We are not drug reps, we have a consulting company that helps with the integration of a range of biological compounds. I was very shocked at the unprofessionalism of the office upon arriving and waiting to be seen - loud, obnoxious comments and they certainly didn’t care who heard. 3 of the 4 individuals I met with were ok. The front desk was absolutely horrendous. Danielle needs some serious coaching. I almost decided to not patronize just because of here. Whoever thought she should be the first and last person you see at the Martinez location needs to regroup. Danielle is a true disservice to the business and the customers.
All the girls are so nice and explained everything to me! I absolutely love this place and look forward to my weight loss journey with them!
