Complete rip off. I joined last week in Aiken, SC and paid for membership. I went to my first weeks weigh in today and to get my B-12 shot and they were closed with a note saying they moved to Evans, Georgia. No phone call nothing just locked doors with a note. Completely unprofessional.
The staff was knowledgeable and helpful. The program worked well and I'll be back again if needed.
The staff to be lost, they look like they hate their job and are just bored. To be successful it starts from the front desk to back and in order for a practice to be build it must provide knowledge of what you are selling, not seem like a money maker that they just briefly ask you any questions, staff answering personal text or whatever during your "nutrition assessment". Very disappointed with the service provided.
