Penny Cook, Bee BetterPhysio I’m an active male, in my 70s. I spend time in the gym and running is my favourite thing. From time to time, I need a physiotherapist to help me with the things that life throws at me, and Penny Cook is the top of my list for people to go to. She is a wonderful physiotherapist, and I often have the feeling that she knows my body better than I do. She is a competent, caring person, and it always seems that nothing is too much trouble. She is also an excellent masseuse.
Penny is friendly and very professional. She quickly puts clients at ease and provides explanations for any pain being experienced before treatment. She provides clear and concise instructions of the exercise programme. I would thoroughly recommend her physio services.
When I first contacted Penny it was due to a bad back pack in my upper back/shoulder. Following a FaceTime consultation she soon worked out the issue was my posture. My first visit was so good, she explained how I stand and the issues it’s causing, showed me exercises to do to better my posture, I regularly went for massages to relieve tension in my upper back. I always came away better and my posture has improved so much since. Thanks Penny!
Iv been to see Penny many a time and she is amazing. Really personable, explores a verity of techniques and treatments. I always leave with a solid treatment and immediate pain relief.
