I used their storage service and my delivery experience was unsatisfactory. Crew went to my move-out address by mistake (was not charged for the mistake hour). My $600 office chair arm was broken and compensated for $25. I have to replace the chair itself because the arm is one piece to the chair. A lot of damages and scratches to my white furnitures. I used bedwell recently for a home move as they were referred by some friends. I actually cancelled my initial booking with another company and went with bedwell about 1 week before the move & they were able to shift some things around to accomodate. I was very happy with the service by the men who loaded the truck & then dropped it off at the new house (i had 2 different sets of movers as loading and delivery occurred on the same day). These Bedwell guys and gals, unbelievable service. Everyone from the booking of the move to the actual movers, I cant speak enough good words about them. They made the whole process go absolutely flawlessly with zero stress. The way they came to our home when they said they would and cleared it out in much less time than anticipated is still shocking.
