Excellent experience, swift delivery. Can’t fault anything and was a bit worried with the bad reviews but starting to think they are just from competitors
Bed is OK for the spare room. Delivery was longer than expected and the delivery guys wouldnt take the mattress to the bedroom (as it was upstairs). Delivery guy said they were just a 'dump and run' service. The cover the matress came in was filthy, covered in black dust. Left marks on carpet as i had to drag the mattress upstairs myself. Wouldn't buy from again.
I bought a mattress 29 December online, its now 26 January and I still have not received my mattress. If you can buy instore and take it away, you may experience better service but online the service is rubbish. Don't buy. I'd rather save my money and go to the overpriced Hervey Norman.
Bed (nearly $3000 Matress and Frame) was delivered without frame but with a loaner base. Once contacted the Salesman noted that the bed framewas on back order. I know this to be a fib as it was likely just sold to someone else during the time it was on layby. Thus had to waste another weekend for a second delivery for the frame about a month later. Was promised compensation for the time wasted however this was never delivered. Shocking service. Poor communication.
Massive 2 level warehouse style store. Staff was busy with a customer, I was happy to come back in 10 minutes as I could see him giving the previous customer his full attention as he did with me upon my return. Great variety of furniture and accessories, he was accommodating and gave me lots of options, especially when I wasn't exactly sure about what I wanted. He knows the neighbourhood really well too.
