Thank you bedsmart we got a high loft bed from abby delivery and setup in downtown Toronto was super quick. The bed is great quality (maxtrix) and our kid loves it highly recommend to other parents
TLDR: We returned our bed in unopened original packaging and have not had our money refunded. It's been 6 months. My wife and I purchased a loft bed and twin bed together in August. Before delivery a few weeks later in September, we decided that we didn’t need the twin bed after all. After emailing with the head office, we returned the bed in its original packaging mid-October and were told a refund would be issued to our credit card within a week. Worst place to buy furniture bought two twin beds head board paint peeled all off within a couple of months no one was help me they made me get touch up paint not even they same color also Abby never calls back terrible experience not recommend.
Great service and very happy with our bunk bed!
