We purchased the Hypnos Balmoral ( king size) on Saturday. We were expecting a 3 week wait, but we only waited three days as Dave called to say they had one at the warehouse!! Great service we collected the matress from the factory, communication with Dave was fabulous and I'm sure he thought we may have come back with our doona the next day! To give it another try.... great service all around. Thanks Dave ps the cats approve
Booked a bedroom suite. Christina guided is through the process. Really liked her service
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. UNHAPPY We had purchased bedframe, tall boy, sidetable and dressing mirror from them. The salesperson Geoff was very helpful till we made the payment. However when we got the delivery, the tall boy was damaged and dressing mirror had no shelves behind the mirror. The delivery guys had raised a request to get it replaced on 18th June and the store, warehouse are giving lame reasons that the warehouse is shifting and we were promised to get this delivered today-5th of July.
