Baku and Laurence were very helpful and informative. The only thing letting them down was the delivery team. A breakdown in communication created some unexpected challenges (which Baku was able to resolve for us)
We had a wonderful experience at Bed n Dreams Castle Hill today. They have a wide range of good quality products, and we walked away happy with a frame, mattress and pillows. The sales person was very helpful and friendly - we think her name was Nishtha. She had great recommendations based on what we were looking for, and knew a lot about the products.
Baku is so polite and attentive. I walked in knowing nothing about mattresses, and walked out knowing everything! She carefully listened to my needs and recommended the best products. Nothing beats her friendly and professional service.
