Customer service is good and happy with the products i bought. Recently purchased mattress. Before purchase, they said it will take 1-2 weeks to get mattress as they make when there is order. I waited 3 weeks and when asked to store, she said did you checked your receipt?It is mentioned 2-3 weeks. and in 3 weeks ready to deliver. I received it in almost 4 weeks time. so WRONG INFO provided prior purchase. Then booked for delivery.time send to me was not a good time for me to be at home. As usual maryam and her team at beds n dreams auburn came through with a high quality product and fantastic service This is the 6th mattress we have bought from maryam and here team over the years for family members and the quality and service never fail to impress I would recommend their mattresses and pillows to everyone and I wouldn’t buy anything else Thanks again maryam and the team 11/10 again!!!
