Would give no stars if possible. We bought a mattress there with a 10 year warranty. After 2 years, it was sagging in the middle and very uncomfortable. Was told they do not deal with mattresses any more, but they would get their mattress supplier to call us. It's been 4 years and after several attempts to get this resolved, no luck. $1000 blown.
Excellent! After arranging for a bed delivery from a Big Box store, 2 weeks in a row, 2 failed attempts, we walked into Beds Etc., realizing that a local company would know how to deliver and did they ever! Ray, the Owner, could not have been more helpful. We bought a beautiful King Log bed and after hearing our dilemma, (our cabin was booked solid for next month and 1/2, so that day was our only opportunity for delivery), he went out of his way to accommodate us and delivered that evening. mattresses & Rustic furniture – Great shopping experience! Good selection of mattresses to choose from with a wide variety of rustic furniture. Localy owned. Went out of their way to do a same day delivery on my purchases. Very corteous, I would highly recomend beds etc for your shopping needs.
