Wish I'd read reviews before ordering, communication poor, only received a reply to my mails regarding delivery, when I threatened to cancel order, on day of delivery my wife was told by driver it would be £40 to take 2 king sized mattresses upstairs, when she declined, the mattresses were left in the hallway blocking the doorway with the front door open,and her unable to close the door or get upstairs.
Very good service, pleasant staff, helped me to choose the right bed and mattress for ottoman bed.
Ordered three sofas and they came in great time and well packaged. The delivery guys also helped us unpackage it. Will order again for other furniture items. They also have good promos running often.
