We had a wonderful experience with who I think was the owner. He was friendly, kind and informative, and when he heard we needed a mattress somewhat urgently he delivered it that day, despite it being New Years Eve with reduced staff. The mattress has been great as well. Highly recommended.
I bought a _new_ mattress from these guys and it turn out to be used. Riddled with bed bugs. They didn't want to hear about it or give me a refund. Edit: Of course they claim it was new. That's the entire issue.

Good customer service, friendly staff and owner :) mattress feels good quality and was very happy with sale pricing. The one I wanted originally was not available, but went with alternative recommendation of the spinal deluxe with a plush topper, and it feels great. Thank you!
