We purchased a King mattress set from Bonnie in 2015 for $1100 for our youngest son. Within 3 months the mattress was sinking in. We returned to the store for help and they called the manufacturer to come out to look at the mattress. Yes, we ROTATED the mattress. The mattress is sunken in on BOTH sides. The warranty states that it must be 12 inches (1 foot) before the manufacturer will help you. (A foot is too much). Thanks Beds America I want to thank the lady at the store!. I was looking for a great feel for little money. Well I got it ! i went to 5 different stores in the area. they all said they were having sales! were they wrong! Beds America gave the best deal out there. Wow!... Did i get a great deal at this store. The sales person that help us was very professional . They new there product and gave us facts. they delivered my mattresses the same day. And the help was very professional and friendly. I will recommend my friends and family to Beds America. Dirty Store, Lazy Staff, Worst Customer Service In Town!!! Mmm, it seems to me that the good reviews for this store were wrote by an employee/manager "Thanks Beds America" seems a little dramatic on both reviews. I don't have much to thank them for. Dirty store, lazy staff and very bad customer service. My bed arrived on the back of a open trailer being pulled by a rusty truck. What a sight. best service in tempe I came to Beds America to shop for mattresses . they delivered and set my mattress the same day and gave me the best deal on a serta mattresses. I shopped sleep savvy and the sells people at there store were very arrogant and rude with high pressure. Dirty store/Bad knowledge The store was kind of dirty and the man didn't seem to know much about beds. I wasn't impressed at all. We shopped for Serta all over town and only found one place where they knew what they were talking about...Sleep Savvy in Gilbert gave us good info and a good price. Thanks Sleep Savvy.
best bedding company in the tempe- east valley and phoenix area. great customer service and delivered on time and very friendly the people at Beds america helped us so well. the customer service was great they didnt presure us in to a purchase . there was no use car mentality. we told them about our needs and budget and we were given lots of options. we bought a serta mattress and love it. we went to 2 competiors , american beds and sleep savy.the 2 other places were not knowlegable of there products.
