I had some questions with the tile I was considering for my master bath. I was undecided between some tile combos for my flooring & shower @ Bedrosian & with possibly another tile company. Do not order online! Order from your local store if you must, but even that is a hassle due to low stock kept at the stores. I started out by shopping at my local store and decided which products to order. The staff in Plano are delightful and easy to work with. I went home to measure again one more time and view samples in my bathroom. I called back to order but they were very busy due to a sale, so I ordered online thinking it was all the same. Excellent customer service and good product selection. We recently shopped at Plano store for bathroom remodel. Their team has been very helpful in the process. In particular, we've enjoyed working with Saeed who is knowledgeable, easy to work with and very responsive.
