My wife and I were sold a new mattress then found out later it was a floor model. When I asked them to give us a new one I was told over the phone I would have to pay 500 more. I told them to cancel the order and they now say it will take 3-4 days for the refund. Do not shop here they withhold information about the product they sell.
Our sales rep Tim was very patient while we looked around and knowledgeable about the furniture. Would definitely recommend this store to friends and family. A+ service and a nice variety of selections.
Extremely disappointed! Spent 3k for a bed that had caused more issues with my husbands back than our old 20 year old matteress! We have only had the bed less than 10 days We came into store tonight to possibly exchange it and it was Tim that found every excuse not to solve the problems we were having To no resolution we left with unanswered questions and wasted hard earned money gone out the door.
