I found Kevin’s store through Copeland’s authorized retailer list and decided to stop by in person. I’m really glad I did. He actually has a solid selection of Copeland bedroom furniture on the floor, along with some of their dining sets, so I was able to see, touch, and compare everything instead of just guessing online. After going to a couple of big mattress stores and feeling like I was getting the sales pitch, I even ordered a bed that came in a box from Costco, but it trash and it was quite difficult to return because it no longer fit back in the box so I ended up here and it was a completely different experience. Kevin is very hands-on and actually knows the product. He asked about my current bed setup and made suggestions that made sense, not just upselling me into something I didn’t need. Had a great experience at Bedroom & More in San Carlos. Kevin walked me through the American Leather Comfort Sleeper and really knows the product inside and out. Being able to try the different mattress options in person made the decision easy. The quality is noticeably better than what I saw elsewhere. Delivery was smooth and everything was set up perfectly.
