Have bought new living room furniture and new mattress from Hush. From customer service was excellent, had few issues with mattress but it fixed in a timely fashion. Great store with great staff. Thank you Hush
Very helpful staff I really enjoyed my interaction with them it was a bit above my price point but standard I am sure for a nice furniture
Be very careful about their "five year" extended warranty as they tell you "it is only $50.00 per year for $249.00". What they do not explain is that the first year is covered by the manufacture's warranty and so you pay for "five" BUT only receive actually four. It would be much better if they were totally up front about this as generally this is an excellent firm.
The delivery men were super. They explained everyyhing to me. They set the bed up and put the mattress on. They explained the warranty. My salesman reassured me many times of my guaranteed Satisfaction. It was a pleasure shopping at. HUSH.
Management and staff here are absolutely incredible to deal with and extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Thank you for all you have done!
