The store has a great vibe. There is good service, and then there is great service. With forty years in customer service, today I met people who share my above and beyond attitude. No pressure, but attentive, polite, but not effusive. The gentleman, Nathan, sussed out what I needed in short order and grabbed a coworker and they brought a chair upstairs to the main level, as I could not do stairs.
