Deceptive website and shady business practices. We purchased a sectional in October 2020 based on the company site saying item was in stock and delivery by end of October. No correspondence from the Company other than thanks for your order. 5 days later I reached out and was told due to COVID new ship date would be middle of November. Ordered a bedroom set on Jan 6, 2021. On Feb, 23 I received a text from James stating that the delivery company they are contracted with no longer delivers to my area. I phoned Bedroom Furniture and spoke with Vincent, who said, they could deliver my furniture if I could personally provide a loading dock. I told him, it’s a liability in the United States to have a third party company deliver goods to a local stores delivery dock. Bait and Switch. I had been looking at purchasing a bedroom suite for my child. I researched a few different ones and created a spreadsheet of the different options with prices. I added them to my cart. However, we wanted to doublecheck that this was what was exactly wanted. The next day I went to check out and the price jumped up by nearly $400! I was shocked. Absolutely the worst! I ordered my couch back in December was given the delivery date of December 21st when I booked it .. then when we received confirmation email it states "due to Covid delivery dates are 2-4 weeks!" Then I get an email stating I will receive my furniture on January 14th from their trucking company called ******** Logistics.. when I email them to confirm I get no response back. I purchased a bedroom suite 5/27/20 and I’m still awaiting the delivery of all pieces as of 12/16/20. The first delivery of some pieces was 11/4/20. Communication about delivery status is terrible. The customer service is outsourced and agent competence is deplorable. No two people I’ve spoken to regarding my missing pieces have ever conveyed the same message.
