I ordered a bedroom set and needed to delay delivery until the room was completed. Ann helped me every step of the way and was extremely good at keeping me informed on where we were in the process and what to expect. On the day of delivery she reached out to be sure I was completely satisfied with the furniture.

Terrible customer service! Ordered a $2,000 bedroom set to which I paid for the warranty. The amount of time it took to arrive is ridiculous! I didn't pay the extra $719 to have them put together so I it myself. After I did put together, lights were broken and the headboard did not align with the frame. I reported this and the first thing I was told was, it wasn't listed on the delivery sheet! Well no kidding since I put together myself! I purchased a very expensive dining room set back in January. I knew it would take time to arrive, after 12 weeks it was finally here. I have 1 chair that was broken and glued back together and 7 flaws in the table. I have more than 25 emails and at least 6 phone calls to the company to have this table replaced. They told me that they would send their repair technicians out to fix the issues. Both of the technicians that they sent out said it could NOT be repaired. Please know that I VERY rarely leave poor feedback. I have worked in customer support roles long enough to know how unappreciated it can be. That said: It took 5 months and 13 days to get the single set of bedroom furniture delivered. We ordered the set on November 9, 2020, most of the set was finally delivered the first week of April 2021, with the missing parts arriving on April 23, 2021. I ordered furniture in November and after several delays and asking me if I am ok to keep waiting for furniture finally a delivery date was scheduled for the end of April. My husband and I changed our work schedules to accommodate the delivery. The morning of the company called to cancel the delivery but no one will give me any answers. I knew going in that delivery was going to be a wait. Every brick and mortar store also told me there would be long waits related to COVID.i ordered in November and I'm finally getting my bedroom set on Monday 5/3. My living room furniture from a store in town also was an extremely long wait.

Company said it would take 1.5 months to ship the item to my house. I am on month 2 and there has been no proof that the ordered shipped. There is prof the item has sat in a warehouse for several months now. At the point in time they don’t ship furniture to clients and will only say it is shipped but the other paperwork shows it never ships. They will not cancel the order so I am going through my bank to get refunded and claim fraud on them for charging and never delivering.

Do not buy from them or any of their other four associated businesses (diningroomoutlets.com, tvstandsoutlet.com, emmamason.com, discountlivingrooms.com). They advertise as having furniture in stock when they do not. We tried to order a desk in November 2020, and in March of 2021 nothing had been delivered.
