I was very happy with my furniture purchase through this company. They assigned me a sales rep, Nadir, who maintained contact with me throughout the transaction. Nadir significantly under-promised when it came to timelines--she indicated that I still might wait another 6 weeks for my furnishings to arrive just a few days before the delivery company called and said they wanted to deliver the same day. I ordered a coffee table and I am so happy with my purchase. It took longer to be delivered than I expected but due to COVID I wasn’t surprised. Rey P***** kept me updated all the way through the process. I had an issue with my order and Rey helped with a quick resolution. I appreciated all he did to make the process transparent and easy. I will certainly order again when I’m in need of furniture for my home. I would highly recommend Bedroom Discount Furniture and especially working with Rey P*****! Thank you!

We had an excellent experience with Dining furniture discounts. Our customer service rep Ginger was wonderful to work with. She kept us up to date from beginning to end. We ordered four counter stools and when one was missing a part she was right on top of it contacting the manufacturer. I am a pretty picky person, and would definitely use them again.

I ordered a bedroom set from them. When it wad time for delivery, they told me that my bedroom could not be delivered because the cmpany that delivers no longer worked in my area. Now I am out of a bedroom set which took me a good two months to buy. Now I have to start the process all over again. I will never shop at this store ever again.

I ordered a furniture set from this place in April. July they contacted me and said it would be another 3 to 4 weeks. I asked for a manager to contact me. They refuse to contact me. Every time I call, the customer service representatives will make an excuse as to why manager can not come to the phone. This company is full of fraud, does not provide customer service, also does not deliver anything you paid for.

Great customer service from JENNY O****. She updated me every step in the process. Order was delivered within quoted timeline and the local delivery company did a seamless job bringing everything in. I ordered platinum service for delivery. Everything came in assembled and they put the furniture right where I wanted it. No mess, in and out in a matter of minutes.
