Our furniture was ordered in December and due to Covid and the furniture shortage it wasn't delivered until August. Ann C******** kept us informed as to the status of our shipment. The team that delivered the furniture was awesome. Polite, efficient and used great care in handling and installing our furniture.
We ordered a beautiful king bedroom set, furniture was delivered on time and in perfect condition. Delivery drivers took the time to bring all the pieces upstairs. They communicated with us every step of the way until our furniture arrived. They had very competitive prices and we would definitely order from them in the future
Dinnig room table is beautiful, great quality. Customer service very helpful. Very happy with shipment, white glove delivery to the top. Table was set up nice and no packing left behind, I wish they have a larger variety of tv consoles. looking for the perfect one??
We ordered a bedroom set and had a lengthy delay in having our ordered ship due to COVID restraints. I was very happy that our Success Manager, Rey P*****, stayed in constant touch with us relative to delivery status. Any time I would email Rey requesting an update on the delivery status, Rey was very quick to respond with the best information he had available at the time. Rey P***** did a great job for us. The set has been delivered and we are very happy with it.
The price and quality was outstanding. The service department was very consistent on giving me updates on the delays(that was out of their control due to COVID) Rey P***** was very kind and extremely detailed in follow up and a weekly progress report. They were very accommodating when we had to change the delivery address. This is a great place to shop! Good JOB!
I had a very good experience working with Bedroom Furniture Discounts. I dealt primarily with a woman named Ann and she was very good at communicating with me. I know some people dealt with order delays and my situation is no different, but Ann was great at keeping me updated. I understand that delays happen and especially so during this time of COVID- it took a few months for me to get my furniture.
