I ordered a couch in February and still have not received it. I never get updates about my order and am ONLY informed when I reach out just to discover that my order is delayed.. yet again. I will never in my life order from this company again. Every time I have asked about my order, they give me some blanket statement about COVID and never give me a direct answer. Prices were less than local stores, even with the shipping charge. Furniture arrived within the promised time-frame and delivery was fast and easy. ***** and the team kept me up to date on the delivery status.

Within 2 days, I was contacted by ***** of Bedroomfurniturediscounts.com stating that the approximate delivery frame was 4 to 6 weeks. I received an update on March 24, 2021, that the manufacture was experiencing delays due to COVID-19, and that the approximate ship date to shipping was April 26, 2021.
